Terms:
All orders are shipped once payment is received. We accept Visa/Mastercard/Discover, Paypal, Check/Money Order, and/or Cash. Cash should not be sent through the mail. Please see our separate check policy. Florida residents must add 6% sales tax plus the discretionary sales surtax for their respective county. Overdue invoices are subject to a late charge of 1% per month.
Check Policy:
Checks are accepted and must clear before your product can ship. All returned checks or stop payment checks will be assessed a $25 service charge.
Refused Orders:
Refusals will have a $25 handling charge and applicable freight charges billed to the customers’ credit card.
Special Orders/Custom Work:
We take pride in our handling of custom work and special orders. As a rule, special orders and custom work orders cannot be cancelled once the order is placed. These purchases require a 100% pre-payment at the time of order placement. No returns are accepted on special orders and custom work.
Shortages/Damages:
All shortages and/or damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt in order to receive a replacement product.
Returns (does not apply to custom work):
In the event you have merchandise you need to return please refer to the following guidelines.
- Contact our sales staff at (727) 233-1195 to let them know what you are returning and to make sure your product qualifies under our return policy. We make every effort to make sure you get the exact merchandise you need for the application you need it for.
- Returns for regular stock inventory can be made within two weeks of product receipt. Returns are not valid after that date.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for the items you wish to return will be provided to you. All merchandise to be returned must be accompanied by an RMA number and the merchandise must be in its original packaging. The product must have been purchased from our company and be unused, unaltered and unchanged from its original state. The customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred to return a product and there is a 20% restocking fee on all returned goods. RMA numbers expire within 10 days of issue, so it is important to return the item immediately. Custom work and special orders are not returnable.
- Once you have been issued an RMA number, pack the merchandise carefully in a sturdy shipping box to avoid damage during shipping. Print your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box. Please do not write on or deface the product box in any way, because we must return the merchandise to stock and we cannot sell a box that is defaced.
Printing Errors:
Errors in typographical content, pricing and photography are subject to correction and may change without notice.
