Precision Motorsports of Florida's NEW Ported, Polished and Coated HEMI Heads are years ahead of the competition. We use the best quality parts available on the market today.

These heads include:
- Professionally ported and polished to maximize airflow and velocity. All ports are hand-finished.
- Application specific coatings are applied on all surfaces of the heads (except gasket mating surface).
- Exhaust runners are coated with a ceramic thermal barrier coating to keep heat from spreading and heating the rest of the head.
- Intake runners are coated with a ceramic thermal barrier coating to prevent heat from coming into the intake runner.
- The outside of the head is coated with a ceramic thermal dispersant coating to dissipate the heat that builds up.
- The valley of the head is coated with a ceramic thermal dispersant coating to allow for cooler oil temperatures and water temperatures, for extended spring life, and to allow the oil to drain back to the block more quickly.
- The combustion chambers and valve faces are coated with a ceramic thermal barrier coating to help prevent detonation, increase horserpower and reduce coolant and oil temperatures.
- Hand lapping of the valves to ensure a good seal with the seat.
- Fully assembled with performance beehive springs specially fitted for HEMI applications. Each spring is professionally tested and installed for correct height and pressure.
- Each head is flowtested to ensure port work matches the cam it is designed for.
- Flowsheets provided with every set.

All work performed on these heads is done in-house at Precision Motorsports of Florida (including the coatings)! We've performed countless hours of research and flowbench testing with the intake manifold attached to the heads to see real world results of our testing. We've designed these packages from the ground up to match our custom camshafts. We've been providing these types of in-house services to the LSx community for years and are excited to now offer the same great level of commitment and expertise to the HEMI community!
